After Kim confirms availability, you will meet with her by video or phone to begin the design process. This meeting is collaborative and focused on priorities, atmosphere, and how floral design supports the feeling of your space. Kim guides the conversation and helps translate your ideas into a clear design direction.

Kim creates your detailed Design Plan after your meeting. The plan includes the floral direction for each part of the day, supporting visuals, and pricing shaped by the scale of your space. One round of refinements is included so the Design Plan reflects your priorities with clarity and intention. A $750 retainer, which is applied toward your final balance, secures your date on our design calendar.

In the month prior to your wedding, we’ll meet virtually to review the design plan, timeline, and logistics. This is an opportunity to confirm details, make any last adjustments, and ensure everything is aligned for your wedding day.

Kim and the team manage delivery, installation, and end-of-night teardown so your floral experience feels supported from the first arrival moment through the final gathering of the evening.
