Thank you for your interest in working with Branches and Blooms Design. We take on a limited number of full-service weddings each season so every client receives attentive, thoughtful floral design. Below is an overview of the process and what to expect as we begin.

If you are looking for designer’s-choice pickup florals, our à la carte option may be a better fit and does not require a reservation.

How We Work Together

A refined, thoughtful process that keeps everything smooth from the start.

  • You share your event details so Kim can understand your date, venue, and vision. Our Pricing Page outlines detailed floral pricing and investment expectations.

  • Kim reviews every inquiry personally to confirm availability, scale, and overall alignment. She follows up to share availability.

  • Booking officially begins with a $300 Design Reservation Retainer. This retainer secures Branches and Blooms Design as your floral designer for your date and holds your wedding on our design calendar. It is applied to your final invoice.

  • After your Design Reservation is in place, you will meet with Kim by video or phone to begin the design process. This meeting is collaborative and focused on priorities, atmosphere, and how floral design supports the feeling of your space. Kim guides the conversation and helps translate your ideas into a clear design direction.

  • Kim creates your detailed Design Plan after your meeting. The plan includes the floral direction for each part of the day, supporting visuals, and pricing shaped by the scale of your space. One round of refinements is included so the Design Plan reflects your priorities with clarity and intention.

  • Kim and the team manage delivery, installation, and end-of-night teardown so your floral experience feels supported from the first arrival moment through the final gathering of the evening.
