Most full-service wedding clients invest between $7,000 and $12,000, depending on guest count, season, and overall design scope.

Full-Service Weddings

For weddings with 150 to 200 guests, floral design typically includes personal flowers, ceremony florals, reception centerpieces, and on-site setup and breakdown. Every proposal is custom, tailored to your venue, aesthetic, and priorities.

A full-service wedding includes a detailed floral design plan, personal flowers, ceremony pieces, and reception arrangements. Many clients also choose to incorporate installations such as arches or large-scale statement pieces. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are all handled by our team.

We take on a limited number of full-service weddings each season to ensure every client receives the attention and care they deserve.

Microweddings

For intimate celebrations with fewer than 30 guests, we offer a scaled-down full-service option focused on key design moments.

We design exclusively for microweddings at Promise Ridge and a small number of private homes or venues that offer a similar sense of atmosphere and intimacy. Floral investment for Promise Ridge typically ranges from $1,200 to $3,000, depending on the scope of design.

Seasonal À La Carte and DIY Options

From June through October, we offer flower buckets and à la carte designs using fresh-cut flowers from our gardens. This flexible option works well for casual events and creative couples who want to take a more hands-on approach. Availability is limited.

Setup and Travel

Setup, delivery, and breakdown are included as part of the full-service experience. We coordinate with your venue, manage on-site installation with care, and return at the end of the evening to take everything down. The process is seamless and handled quietly in the background so the focus stays where it should: on the celebration itself.

These services typically represent 15 to 20 percent of the total floral budget. For events in Bucks County, delivery and setup usually begin around $750. Additional labor or condensed timelines may increase that amount. Travel beyond the area is quoted based on distance and venue access.
